In order to provide greater choice of subjects, Asquith Boys High School has vertically organised electives for Years 9 and 10. This means that for most elective subjects there are Year 9 and Year 10 students studying together.

Year 9:     Students must select one course from each line. They cannot choose any subject marked as Year 10 only.

Year 10: Students must choose one subject from each line with the additional requirements that two of their courses must be the Mandatory Australian History and the Mandatory Australian Geography courses.

Note:    Course availability is dependent on numbers enrolled in each course. Some courses may already be full.
