By the end of the first day, reports from teachers were positive, with one science class recording results from experiments using the computers and including photographs of the experiment in their reports.

Year 9 students have been issued with their DER laptops, power supplies and cases. The commissioning and distribution of the laptops to around 85 students went smoothly, largely due to the efforts of our TSO Josh Cooper and a visiting TSO.
